CDH Bank aids school

SECONDARY students with visual impairment are set to benefit from a donation of K400, 000 by CDH Investment Bank towards the support of visually impaired students under sponsorship by the Hope of the Blind in various schools in the country.

Head of the bank in the central and northern regions Benison Jambo said this is part of the institution’s corporate social responsibility to the nation.

“Visually impaired students are special and we at CDH Investment bank don’t want them to think that they are not important in society,” he said.

Jambo said it is the desire of the Bank to see blind pupils go through their education successfully and contribute to the socio economic development of the country. Executive Director for the Hope of the Blind, Hastings Bwande thanked CDHIB for the donation.

“You are our true partner because this is not the first time you have come to our assistance,” said Bwande.
