Total Malawi Limited bid farewell to its outgoing Managing Director Michel Malatino in style at an auspicious ceremony held at Ryalls Hotel in Blantyre on Wednesday night.
The farewell cocktail marked the end of Malatino’s three-year service in Malawi.
In his farewell speech, Malatino said that he was leaving behind a road map and a transformational programme that will benefit the country for many years to come.
“We are there to grow and give you more innovations. We will focus on developing the Malawian people,” he said.
Malatino added that Total Malawi will continue striving to be a market leader for the foundation was already set.
Incoming Managing Director, Seggie Kistasamy hailed Malatino for the job well done.
Asked what strategy he had for Total Malawi, Kistasamy said he is ready to champion the strategy Total Malawi has already laid on the ground.
