Dunlop has promised to supply high quality tyres and good customer experience exceeding what other companies in the industry are offering.
The pledge was made by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Jagdish Nayak, in Lilongwe recently when Dunlop officially launched its services in Malawi.
According to Nayak, Malawians deserve world class service and there is need to improve service delivery which is a problem currently.
“We are going to bring a new experience of tyre retail in Malawi which Malawians have never seen. We are fast growing company in tyre retail in Africa and I think Malawians also deserve world class experience in this regard,” he said.
Dedza East Member of Parliament, Juliana Lunguzi, who was the guest of honour at the ceremony, thanked Dunlop for launching its brand in the country saying the initiative will benefit Malawians.
“Dunlop has created a platform for employment and they have since employed a lot of Malawians and since they will be opening other branches in Blantyre and Mzuzu, we are looking at 100 plus jobs,” she said.
