FDH Bank on Monday launched a campaign for its customers and potential customers to experience the bank’s digital solutions.
The campaign, dubbed ‘Be The One’, follows the ‘What Do You See’ campaign that was aimed at getting a perspective on new ways of transacting through the bank and saving money.
FDH Bank Head of Personal and Business Banking, Kawawa Nsapato, said it was time for the digital world to be embraced.
“We are undergoing a digital revolution and we don’t want our customers to simply hear about it, we want them to experience it.
“So, this is a call to customers for them to be the ones to enjoy the digital revolution. All these changes create convenience for them,” Nsapato said.
Nsapato also said customers’ reaction has been satisfactory.
“The response has been massive. We now have over 1.5 million customers, but we are also looking at a lot of people who don’t have a bank account.
“The digital platforms enable them to have financial services. It is much easier to reach them,” Nsapato said.
Customers are required to open a savings account registered on FDH Mobile or an Ufulu Digital Account and keep a minimum of K20, 000 for at least a month as one way of participating in the campaign.
The campaign, which will run for four months, will see one person walking away with K500,000 and 10 people walking away with K50, 000 each month.
The ultimate winner will walk away with K2 million at the end of the campaign.
