FMB Donates K500,000 To Samaritan Trust
FMB on Tuesday donated K500,000 to Samaritan Trust Children’s Home to assist the organisation in its venture to rescue vulnerable children and orphans from the streets and empower them through education and vocational training.
Making the donation, FMB’s Head of Marketing Sylvia Mataka expressed the need for the corporate world to work hand in hand with the government to get more children off the country’s major cities.
Samaritan Trust Executive Director Margaret Mukwenha thanked FMB for the timely intervention and said the money will be used to rehabilitate some damaged hostels. The picture shows Nankwenya (third left) handing over the cheque to Samaritan Trust.
