GOtv Malawi has gone an extra mile in its efforts to make sure that its subscribers have uninterrupted service by introducing GOmmisili Project which seeks to provide around the clock technical service to its customers.

Launching the project in Blantyre, GOtv Malawi Country Sales Manager, Vyness Simbi explained that GOtv believe  in providing excellent service to its customers at all times hence the project.

She said through its dealers, they have identified people that have been trained and accredited to provide solution to subscribers who will encounter technical or installation challenges.

“These installers will be based in various locations where GOtv signal is currently available. They will be affiliated to our dealers so that any customer who has a problem with signal, installation or other technical hitches they will be able to provide solution at an agreed fee,” she said, adding that installers will have identification cards for easy recognition.

Simbi explained that they have so far trained over 30 installers in Blantyre. A similar training will take place in Lilongwe.

One of the installers, Obvious Kadulira, thanked GOtv Malawi for the initiative saying it has come at the right time.

“This was a very good training and an eye opener. We have realized that GOtv is an easy and user-friendly product. We’re determined to make sure that we give subscribers an incomparable service,” he said.

He added that GOmmisili project was a welcome development considering that it would also help them financially through service fees.
