Horizon refreshes customer strategy

Horizon Health Insurance Company has unveiled plans to further expand its corporate clientele reach with new and updated products and services designed for existing and prospective customers.

Among others things, the company plans to roll-out a Wellness programme where it will be conducting regular medical check-ups for staff at workplaces.

Horizon Health managing director, Dr Getrude Mateyo Sambakunsi, told journalists in Blantyre last Thursday that the new and updated services are aimed at providing affordable health care solutions while maximizing benefits to the client.

“We intend to further increase our horizons in audience reach through innovative ideas to meet and satisfy customers demands,” she said.

The Malawian-owned company was established in 2009 and enables customers to access quality health care services at approved health service providers across the country.
