More people won various prizes during the second draw of Kuphukira ndi FDH, a promotion that the bank is running to reestablish a working relationship with customers whose bank accounts have been dormant over a long period.
During the draw, 10 people won K50,000 each, five others got K100,000 each while one won K500,000, the top prize for the month.
The promotion was launched in October and, according to FDH Head of Personal and Business Banking, Kawawa Nsapato the response from the bank’s customers has been overwhelming.
“Many people are coming to reactivate their accounts. We encourage our customers to remain with us and enjoy our versatile product range. As a bank, we remain committed to bridge the financial inclusion gap and bring banking services to people living in remote areas,” he said.
“We take the issue of financial inclusion seriously and will continue to expand our footprint to ensure that more people have access to financial services,” he said.
Kuphukira ndi FDH was launched in October and the grand draw is scheduled to be conducted during the first week of January where one lucky customer will walk away with K2 million.
To be eligible, customers are required to either reactive their accounts with a minimum of K25,000 or deposit K50,000 and maintain the balance for the duration of the promotion period.
