MultiChoice launches rewards programmes | The Times Group

MultiChoice has launched a programme to reward its customers who subscribe to either the GOtv, DStv platforms.

Under the programme, loyal subscribers with be treated to two incentive programmes DStv Thanks and GOtv Wow.

MultiChoice Marketing Manager, Chimwemwe Nyirenda, said the incentive programmes will roll out this month.

“These two programmes are customer-focused and aim at recognising and rewarding subscribers for their commitment to the brands. Customers who qualify for these programmes include those with subscriptions that have remained continuously connected to DStv and GOtv non-stop for three months or more,’’ he said.

Nyirenda further said the programme is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility to give back to the people that support them.

“We are committed to putting customers at the heart of the business and this is one of the ways of showing our appreciation. The entertainment channels offered as rewards will offer a fantastic line up of new shows with something for everyone in the family to enjoy,” he added.

The incentive programmes include two new entertainment channels for GoTV subscribers as well as four additional entertainment channels on the DStv platform featuring the hottest telenovelas, movies and great local and international content.

Some of the new channels include Zee Bolly movies, Viasat Life and Nina TV.

Nyirenda has also disclosed that there will be no price increase for its DStv subscribers but however said the company will shortly increase subscription prices for GOtv subscribers.
