Nissan Malawi has officially delivered 12 new Nissan NP300 single-cab pickup vehicles to one of its corporate clients, NBS Bank, following an order from the bank.

NBS Bank has bought the vehicles for its rural-based branch managers to enable them serve customers effectively and efficiently.

During the handover ceremony which took place at the bank’s head office in Blantyre, Nissan’s sales consultant, Sammuel Kaonga, said the company cherishes the good business relationship it maintains with NBS Bank and other corporate clients.

NBS Bank administration officer, Lyson Mwatibu—who received the vehicles on behalf of the bank—said the NP300 pick-up is “a well known work-horse” which has proven its reliability on the Malawi market for 25years.

“This vehicle has a proud history of durability and reliability. It is also safe, comfortable and appealing. That’s why we have bought it,” said Mwatibu.
