Rumphi fisherman wins second TNM Hilux

A Rumphi-based fisherman, Kenneth Msowoya, on Thursday emerged the second winner of a Toyota Hilux worth K19.5 million in the ongoing TNM Kwatentha Promotion.
Msowoya could not believe his luck when contacted by TNM officials during the fourth draw of the promotion conducted in Blantyre.
“I may be excited now, but I will be more excited when I see the vehicle,” Msowoya said.
The draw also saw 240 other lucky winners winning smartphones, power banks, t-shirts and caps.
TNM Head of Marketing, Sobhuza Ngwenya, said the firm is impressed with the excitement the promotion has generated.
With 25 million entries this far, Ngwenya was optimistic that the number wouls continue to rise in the remaining months of the promotion.
“A total of over K100 million has been invested in the promotion, the bulk of which goes back to Malawians as prizes,” Ngwenya said.
The Kwatentha Promotion was launched in November 2017 and runs up to February 2018 when the final Toyota Hilux will be won.
