Sunbird honours loyal customers
Sunbird Hotels recently organised a dinner for its customers in Lilongwe to thank them for choosing to do business with the company.
Sunbird group sales and marketing manager, Titania Kaunda said from time to time, the company engages its customers to acknowledge their contribution to the success of the hospitality chain.
“We intend to keep close with our customers but in a professional manner and that is the reason why we came up with this royalty programme,” said Kaunda.
She said Sunbird enjoyed good business in 2014 despite the growing competition due to the coming in of more players on the market.
“Competition is good but we are established with hotels in all the regions and key destinations. The company has made strides through improvement of facilities and services to keep our edge on the market,” said Kaunda.
Among the prizes given out, some customers won vouchers for full-board accommodation and meals at any Sunbird hotel.
