Sunbird Mzuzu holds business breakfast
Sunbird Mzuzu on Friday held a business breakfast for its Mzuzu-based corporate customers to provide them with an opportunity to interact with fellow businesses.
Sunbird Group Sales Manager Titania Kaunda said the business breakfast was also organised to appreciate the support Sunbird gets from the stakeholders as clients.
“Mzuzu is a growing market so this business breakfast is for our corporate stakeholders to establish business links. These stakeholders give business to Sunbird in all our properties and so we needed to raise their business profiles,” said Kaunda.
Northern Region Water Board spokesperson Edward Nyirenda commended Sunbird for enabling businesses to interact with customers and get feedback on their services.
Nyirenda said the platform offered his organisation an opportunity to sell its newly launched five year strategic plan from 2015 to 2020.
Nico General Mzuzu Branch Manager, Mathole Khumalo, said the breakfast was good for his institution so that it
could interact with existing and prospective customers.
Other firms that took part in the breakfast included Ecobank, Nico General Insurance Company, Nedbank, National Bank of Malawi, Standard Bank, Sunbird Mzuzu and Teveta.
