End-of-service benefits are automatically calculated and accrued, ensuring legal compliance for gratuity and pension contributions. Employers can even pay these benefits directly through the app, making it a one-stop solution for employee management.

Beyond finances, Antchito simplifies daily management by tracking leave requests, balances, and storing crucial documents such as contracts and national IDs in a secure digital vault. Integrated reporting features provide accessible summaries of workforce information, giving employers a clear picture of their operations at a glance.
