Reschedule A Kwezy Bus Ticket

1. Contact the sales office where ticket was purchased.
2. Give them the details you used to book the ticket plus the ticket number to the Sales Clerk for verification.
3. Choose which new date you would like to travel and let the sales clerk check if a seat is available on the given date.
4. If a seat is available, the sales clerk will proceed to print out the new ticket with the rescheduled date of your choice.

NOTE: If you reschedule your ticket with ample time, example, 96 hrs(4 days) you will not be charged.

• Change before 72 hours to time of travel shall attract a fee of K500
• Change after 72 hours but before 48 hours to time of travel shall attract a fee of K1,000
• Change after 48 hours but before 24 hours to time of travel shall attract a fee of K2,000
• Change after 24 hours to time of travel and before 24 hours elapse after time of travel shall attract a fee of K4,000
