What is the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Malawi?

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Malawi was established in accordance with Section 13 of the Constitution, which commits the country to ensure accountability, transparency, personal integrity, and financial probity in public institutions. The Corrupt Practices Bill, passed in December 1995 and amended in 2004, now known as the Corruption Practices Act, led to the creation of the ACB.
