Malawi: CTS Courier has warned customers against fraudsters issuing fake payment receipts to scam the public. Managing director Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi said the company has noted cases where individuals are also using AI-generated images to appear credible.
"We urge customers to verify all payments through our official WhatsApp lines before transacting," she said. Bokosi emphasized that TS Courier does not operate in Malawi’s districts and only serves Lilongwe, Blantyre, Zomba and Mzuzu. She advised the public to remain cautious and report any suspicious activity.
